With nearly 2 decades of hands-on and strategic experience in health and safety, I have dedicated my career to transforming workplaces across the Baltics, Nordics and Eastern Europe. My journey has taken me from conducting risk assessments on the field to leading health and safety strategies for multi-billion infrastructure project, always working closely with management boards and diverse stakeholders. As a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma holder and a recognized expert, I bring international best practices and a deep commitment to every partnership.
